Ephesus Tour from Izmir
We drive from the airport/ port / hotel in Izmir and drive southwards. You will enjoy the nice fertile agricultural araes on the way. The first priority of the day is the ancient site of Ephesus, where by walking through the ruins you would get an impression of how the daily life in the antiquity was. We see amongst others the impressive Celcus library and the great theatre of Ephesus. Depending on time and your priorities, you can include in the program The House of Virgin Mary, The Village of Sirince, as well as the Ceramics-Pottery Center and the Handicrafts Center for Carpets.

At this tour I will take you away from the stresses of the city of Istanbul and by a ca. 2 hours drive we will arrive at the cosy town of Sile by the Black Sea. If opportunity arises we can swim in the Black Sea.

Sports-Walking in Istanbul
Private sightseeing tour Introduction:
Enjoy the walking as a sport in Istanbul. We first come by taxi ( at own cost) to the upper entrance of Bogazici University and start the day with our first coffee-break.
After walking for 30 minutes ( high tempo) / 45 minutes ( medium tempo), we have our first stop at AKmerkez Shopping Center , not for shopping but for utilizing the clean toilets.
We then walk on the Nispetiye Street by seeing the nice cafes and further in the Barbaros Street. After walking 30 minutes ( high tempo) / 45 minutes ( moderate tempo), we arrive at our second stop at Kafe'de Sanat Cafe in Balmumcu.
Further we walk down to the center of Besiktas for an other 30 minutes ( high tempo)/ 45 minutes ( moderate tempo), where we end our walk, we also enjoy our lunch in one of the cosy restaurants of Besiktas. Taxi back to the hotel ( at own cost).
The total walking distance is ca. 8 km.
